SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using the service shown at checkout. Tracking will be emailed once your package is on the way.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact me as soon as possible if you notice an error.
PACKING YOUR ORDER
Records are packed in sturdy vinyl mailers with cardboard inserts, bubble wrap, or additional padding when needed.
Unless a record is sealed, the vinyl is removed from the jacket and placed behind it inside the outer sleeve. This helps protect the jacket from seam splits while the package is in transit.
Every order is packed by hand, with attention given to the condition, size, and number of records in the shipment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
All sales are final, but I want every order to arrive as described.
Please get in touch if your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong record, or has a significant issue that was not included in the listing. Include your order number and photographs of the record and packaging so I can understand what happened and work with you on a fair solution.
DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Once a package has been marked as delivered, check with other members of your household, neighbors, and your local post office if you cannot find it.
